CTG is seeking to hire an Oracle Database Administrator to work with our Fortune 50 client in Reston, VA

Duration: 1 month contract
Job Description:
Five or more years experience with Sybase performing installations, upgrades, daily operational support, DB maintenance.
Sybase REP server build, upgrade and prod support.
Troubleshooting Sybase DB server and backup issues and implementing fixes.
Proactive DB health checks after OS and DB upgrades.
Recommended knowledge of Sybase on Linux, redhat cluster, Veritas Cluster.
Scripting knowledge for Korn Shell, Perl etc.
